Plastic Business Cards

Plastic business cards can be used for a variety of purposes. They are commonly used as loyalty / membership / discount cards, etc. and are very similar to a credit card in feel /size.

They normally cost more than standard, traditional business cards, due to the process involved in printing.

Plastic cards tend to have more impact than standard and are now widely used for storing customer information which can be 'read' with a swipe machine such as in credit/bank cards etc.

Plastic business cards can also be transparent and, with the right design, can look stunning.

An average thickness is around 0.5mm.

Plastic cards are usually produced using a screen-printing method, so please don't expect an instant turnaround.

As with other forms of specialist card printing it's important to check with your supplier on artwork formats before starting your design.
