Are there any hidden costs, setup fees or contracts for using your services?
There are no setup fees or hidden costs. What is quoted on our website is the full price, including GST and delivery.
What's the difference between Laminate and Celloglaze
They are the same, they are just two different terms people use.
What is MATTE Laminate and GLOSS Laminate
Matte Laminate has a smooth feel to it, while Gloss Laminate has a glossy look and feel. Gloss enhances colours while Matte Laminate is used mainly by corporate businesses for a smoother feel.
How do I upload my artwork into the system?
Once you have added the product to the shopping cart and checkout, you will have an option to upload your files into our system. Please have a look at our online tutorials to see how it works.
Delivery Time
Due to unprecedented demand, please allow us up to 10 working days for printing and delivery.
Plastic Cards will take up to 15 working days for printing and delivery.
UV Stickers will take up to 15 working days for printing and delivery.
Splitting Orders
Can I have two different names (2 x 500) on 1000 cards order? No, because we can only set up one artwork for one order. If you need 2 names, it means we need to set up two different artwork files. To receive 1000 business cards, 500 with each name, you will need to place two separate 500 card orders.
Printing on the Back
Depending on your FINISH selection, you can have full colour or black and white printing on the back. Simply select a piece of artwork from the catalog: **BACK ARTWORKS** and add this to your order.
If you would like text-only on the back of your cards, or would prefer to leave the backs of your business cards blank, continue with your order, and let us know before you check out.
Print Ready File
If you like our artwork, but wish to print your cards with another printing company, you may purchase a PRINT READY FILE from us. These files are print ready, meaning that you can supply them to your printing company, and you should not have to pay the printing company for any additional edits.
You can also buy a UNIQUE PRINT READY FILE. This means that the design will be taken off (only sold once) and you will be the exclusive owner of the artwork.
Just let us know the information required on the cards, as well as size before checking out. We will then send you the file via email.
